I love the phrase "all due respect" because the amount of respect due is TOTALLY up to the speaker. XD In this case, I'm guessing negative numbers would fail to represent it...

Ghost just totally made me think of Ricky Bobby in Talledega Nights (did you see it?) in thinking that saying "with all due respect" gives you license to say absolutely anything afterwards.
